A few months back we announced via the newsletter that we would be implementing a new customer service feedback tool. It is what is called a CustomerThermometer and is a one click email feedback tool (see below). We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you that have taken the time to send us your feedback. It has become an important part of measuring our customer service performance and it only works if you all participate- so for that we THANK YOU!
