Pillar 5 of the Best Practices-Policy Issuance
As you are all aware, ALTA's Best Practices indicate that title policies shall be issued within 30 days of closing. Arguably, that standard does not apply to our odd ball State, but it is a standard that I believe all of us want to adhere to if we can.
