Oftentimes, you will find a Tenant’s exception inSchedule B of our commitments and policies. Understand that if you see that it is because youtold us that the property was occupied by atenant or your opinion indicated “Unknown” as to occupancy. In order for us to remove theexception, we need something indicating thatthere are no tenants occupying the property,pursuant to a valid lease. It can be informal. Ane-mail from you or one of the parties or Agentswill satisfy us. Also, please understand that weare talking about tenants whose rights stem fromthe Seller, not the Buyer. Presumably a Buyer’stenancy is not going to begin prior to the datethat the Buyer takes ownership of the property
